MERCUREIM EF1 continues its acquisitions with a commercial and office building in Recklinghausen Germany with Askania. The asset was bought in sale & Leaseback for 2.9Million euros all includes giving a yield of 8.40%. A new 10-year ferm lease has been signed with the Askania Fachmärkte group. The total useful surface represents 5,310 m2 built on a land of 5,434 m2. Congratulations to the entire team for this achievement.
